We stand behind the quality of our personalized jewelry. Our 1-Year Warranty covers:

Color Changes: If the color of your jewelry fades or changes within 1 year of purchase.
Engraving Fades: If the engraving on your jewelry fades within 1 year.
Straps or Clasps: If the straps, clasps, or other parts of your jewelry become damaged during normal use.
Note: The warranty covers free repairs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product, we will repair it and return it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping is free, except for certain countries.

All shipments are sent via our partner Packet. You will receive an email or SMS with delivery information before delivery.

Your product is usually produced the next business day, but delivery can take 3-5 business days.

It is possible that the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or a communication problem between the courier and the recipient. In this case, please contact us and we will resend the package.

We take great care in creating personalized items, but if there is a problem due to our mistake, we will be happy to offer you a solution. However, please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or mistake caused by us.

Refund Eligibility
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
After inspection, we will offer you a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
